The program
Elahi Law sends texts from our office to people who ask to hear from us by text. The program name is "Elahi Law client messages".
How you join
You join by ticking the unticked box in our case review form that says "Yes, Elahi Law may text me about my inquiry at the phone number above."
Agreeing to texts is not required to get a case review or to hire us.
What we send
- Replies about the inquiry you sent us.
- Appointment confirmations, reminders, and changes.
- Requests for documents or information about your inquiry.
We send occasional marketing texts, such as legal news and firm updates, only to people who tick the separate marketing box in our case review form. That box is optional and unticked, and you do not need to tick it to get a case review or to hire us.
Texts may be sent using automated technology.
How often
Message frequency varies.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge for texts.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message. We will send one text to confirm you are unsubscribed, and then no more texts unless you join again. We also accept CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOP ALL, REVOKE, OPT OUT, or telling us in any reasonable way, such as by phone or email.
Help
Reply HELP for help, call (972) 765-6715, or email shayan@elahilawfirm.com.
Keep confidential details out of texts
Texting is not a secure way to share confidential information. Please keep details of your matter for a call or a meeting. Texting us does not make us your lawyer.
Your information
We do not share your mobile number or your SMS consent with any third party for their marketing. Our texts are sent through our contact system, which runs on HighLevel software. See our Privacy policy for how we handle your information.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes
We update this page, and its date, when the program changes. If a change affects what you agreed to, we will ask you again.
